Tier 1: Essentials Setup

Your foundational package for a professional online start, establishing core functionalities and initial design elements.

Important: Prices for premium or third-party apps are not included in this plan. Any specific customization needs beyond the outlined services can be added on top of the plan as an additional, separate quote.

Phase 0: Pre-Project & Client Onboarding

  • We will understand your core business idea, target audience, and immediate online goals.
  • We will confirm your needs align with Tier 1 services.
  • We will provide clear pricing and scope definition for Essentials Setup.
  • We will obtain signed contract/agreement and initial payment.
  • We will create a dedicated project folder and communication channels for our collaboration.
  • We will create a new Shopify development store for your project.

Phase 1: Strategy & Setup

  • Kickoff Consultation & Strategy Definition: We will conduct a formal kickoff meeting to confirm project scope; define primary business objectives; review brand guidelines; discuss content collection; and outline essential functionalities.
  • Essential Store Settings Configuration: We will set up basic store information (name, address, currency, timezone); add placeholder legal pages (with guidance for your specific content); and configure basic notifications and staff permissions.
  • Domain Setup & Connection: We will advise on domain acquisition/connection; add your domain to the Shopify admin; and assist with DNS record updates and SSL activation.

Phase 2: Design & Content

  • Free Theme Setup: We will present and install a curated free Shopify theme that aligns with your brand and needs.
  • Brand Identity Implementation (Colors, Fonts, Logo): We will upload your logo; apply your brand colors and basic typography; and configure your favicon.
  • Responsive Homepage Design (Standard Sections): We will construct your homepage using standard theme sections, populate it with your content, and ensure full responsiveness across all devices.
  • Up to 5 Essential Pages + 1 Custom Template Setup: We will create core informational pages (e.g., About Us, Contact Us, FAQ) populated with your content; and develop one basic custom page template if needed.

Phase 3: Products & Commerce

  • Up to 20 Products & 5 Collections Setup (incl. 1 product custom template): We will manually add or import details for up to 20 products and organize them into up to 5 collections; and create one basic custom product template.
  • Payment, Basic Shipping, & Tax Setup: We will enable and configure Shopify Payments and common alternatives; define shipping origin, basic zones, and flat rates; and enable Shopify's automatic tax calculation.
  • Up to 3 Discount Code Configurations: We will create and configure up to 3 basic discount codes with simple usage limits and eligibility rules.
  • Up to 3 Shopify Markets Configuration: We will identify and create up to 3 target international markets; configure local currencies and basic price adjustments for each.

Phase 5: Testing & Pre-Launch

  • We will review all populated content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
  • We will test all navigation, forms, search, product pages, and the full checkout process with test orders.
  • We will test site display and functionality on various devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
  • We will conduct a basic review of image sizes and overall site loading speed.
  • We will confirm all legal pages are accurate (based on your legal counsel's content); and advise on cookie consent banner if relevant.
  • We will present the fully built store to you for review; implement requested revisions; and obtain final approval.

Phase 6: Launch & Handover

  • Full Store Handover & Launch Prep: We will remove password protection, verify domain/SSL, confirm payment gateways, and ensure inventory accuracy. We will then transfer ownership to your Shopify account, and coordinate launch.
  • 15-min Live Store Management Training: We will provide a concise live walkthrough of the Shopify admin for basic order management, product/page editing, and theme customizer adjustments.

Tier 2: Advanced Setup

This tier includes all services from Tier 1, plus enhanced design capabilities, foundational SEO, and initial app integrations for a more refined and visible online store.

Phase 2: Design & Content

  • Premium Theme Adjustments or Free Theme Customizations: We will perform more extensive CSS/Liquid modifications to achieve a unique look for your chosen free theme, or leverage advanced options of a premium theme (if you choose one).
  • 2 Custom-Coded Homepage Sections: We will design and develop two bespoke homepage sections using custom Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, tailored to your specific needs.
  • 2 Additional Custom Page Templates: We will create two more custom page templates beyond the initial one, allowing for specialized content layouts for your unique pages.

Phase 4: Apps, SEO & Advanced Features

  • Foundational On-Page SEO (Titles, Metas, Alt-Tags): We will optimize SEO title tags, meta descriptions, and image alt-tags for your homepage, products, collections, and essential pages.
  • 3 App Installations & Configurations: We will research, recommend, install, and configure up to 3 essential Shopify apps (e.g., customer reviews, email capture pop-up, announcement bar) to enhance your store's functionality.
  • Sitemap Submission & Indexing Guidance: We will verify sitemap generation; guide you on Google Search Console setup; submit your sitemap; and provide basic indexing advice.
